Hashtags are useful when information spans more than one channel.
Add a hashtag to the message
Use a consistent tag such as #launch, #client-a, or #inventory.
Reuse the exact topic tag
Consistency makes workspace results more useful.
Click or search the hashtag
A hashtag search can return matching messages across the workspace.
Open the matching result
Jump back to the original message when you find what you need.
