Edit, pin, and react to notes

Notes can stay lightweight while still carrying status and importance.

Open the note actions

Use the actions available on the note or message.

Update the text rather than posting a corrected duplicate when the original should remain the source.

Pin a message when it should be easy to recover from the channel header pin filter.

Reactions can communicate status. A ✅ is also used by Note/List views to move completed items into Completed or Archived.

Good to know

Pins are for importance; hashtags are better for recurring topics across channels.
