A Tunnel is a visual workspace connected to a note or project. It gives related ideas, references, frames, links, and supporting information more room than a normal channel message.
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 owned workspace, up to 10 channels per workspace, 250 MB of cloud storage, files up to 25 MB, and 1 collaborator.
Yes. The current Pro Lifetime offer is a one-time $59 payment for the included Pro software features.
No. Lifetime refers to the included Pro feature license. Cloud storage still has a plan allowance. Pro currently includes 1 GB of cloud storage.
Supported public NoteTunnel sharing can be viewed without forcing the recipient to create an account. Collaboration inside a workspace requires an account.
Yes. Free currently supports 1 collaborator and Pro Lifetime supports up to 3 collaborators.
NoteTunnel supports project file attachments subject to its file validation and plan upload limits. Free currently supports files up to 25 MB and Pro Lifetime supports files up to 250 MB.
Production uploads are stored in private cloud object storage. Access to private files is controlled through NoteTunnel rather than exposing the storage bucket directly.
The account-deletion process removes access to the account and associated user data according to NoteTunnel’s deletion and retention behavior.
NoteTunnel currently offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro Lifetime. Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method, subject to the full Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
Paddle processes paid NoteTunnel orders and acts as Merchant of Record. Applicable transaction taxes may be calculated at checkout.
NoteTunnel already supports collaboration, but the current launch plans are aimed at individuals and small collaborative workflows. Larger team options can be considered later.
