Archive or restore notes and list items
Note and List channel modes separate active information from completed or archived items.
Mark the item complete
Use the available completion control or ✅ reaction for the item.
Open Archived or Completed
The secondary tab beside the active view contains finished items.
Review older items
The information remains available instead of disappearing from the workspace.
Restore when needed
Use the available restore behavior to move an item back into the active view.
