One-time Pro purchases

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for NoteTunnel Pro Lifetime. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. A full refund removes the Paddle-sourced Pro Lifetime entitlement. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

How refunds affect Pro

If Paddle confirms a full refund or chargeback for the purchase that granted Pro Lifetime, NoteTunnel removes only that Paddle-sourced Pro grant. A separate manual administrator grant is not removed by that refund. Existing customer data is not automatically erased when the active plan changes.
