Understand storage and upload limits
Your plan controls both total cloud storage and the maximum size of one uploaded file.
Open Account → Plan & usage
The usage meter shows current cloud storage and the plan limit.
Check upload size
Free currently allows files up to 25 MB. Pro Lifetime currently allows files up to 250 MB.
Check included storage
Free currently includes 250 MB. Pro Lifetime currently includes 1 GB.
Delete unused attachments when needed
Unreferenced deleted files stop counting against quota immediately even though physical cloud deletion may wait briefly for recovery/history behavior.
