Preview or download an attachment
Private hosted files are served through NoteTunnel authorization instead of being exposed as public storage URLs.
Find the attachment
Open the message or Tunnel containing the file.
Preview when supported
Images and supported file types can open through the available preview control.
Download when you need the original
Use Download to save the file locally.
Keep access in mind
People need appropriate NoteTunnel access unless the file is part of supported public shared content.
