Understand workspace roles and permissions
Access determines whether someone can only read a workspace or can make changes.
Owner controls the workspace
The owner can manage structure, members, webhooks, sharing, and destructive workspace actions.
Editors can change content
Editors can work with the content they are allowed to edit.
Viewers are read-only
Viewer access is intended for people who should not modify the workspace.
Category permissions can narrow access
When category-level access is configured, a member may have different access inside different categories.
