Rename, reorder, or delete a category

Category controls let the sidebar evolve without rebuilding your workspace.

Open Manage category

Use the management control on the category row.

Choose Rename and enter the updated name.

Use Move up or Move down to change its position.

Delete only when the category and its contained information are no longer needed. Read the confirmation before proceeding.

Use Version history when you need to recover from an accidental structural change.
