Find pinned messages and hashtag topics
Pins and hashtags solve different organization problems.
Use pins for importance
The pin control in the channel header can show pinned messages for the current channel.
Use hashtags for recurring topics
A shared hashtag can connect messages across multiple channels.
Search or click the tag
Use workspace search to recover every matching topic item.
Remove stale organization
Unpin items that are no longer important and standardize duplicate tags.
